YASH BOND® POLYURETHANE series is a thermosetting powder coating based on specially selected resins and hardeners to give Polyurethane powdercoatings. It is exterior durable caprolactam-free IPDI cured polyester Powder coatings developed to satisfy the requirements of Exterior durability with attractive decorative finishes Combined with optimum protective properties. YASH BOND® POLYURETHANE series offer excellent gloss retention and Resistance to colors.

HOW IT WORKS
POWDER CHARACTERISTIC
► Chemistry :Polyurethane.
► Particle size : Suitable for electrostatic spraying.
► Specific gravity : 1.2-1.7g/cm³ upto colors.
► Curing Schedule : 200ºC/10 Min, & 180ºC/12Min (metal Temp)
► Storage : Dry ventilation conditions below 30ºC.
► Shelf Life : 6 months
