SUBLIMATION / WOOD COAT POWDERS

YASH BOND® WOOD COAT is a base coat for sublimation decorative techniques. The sublimation process is a physical-chemical transition of pattern from transfer paper or film to substrate which is pre-coated with special Powder designed to be a base color of this sublimation. YASH BOND® Wood coat powder offers excellent UV resistance. The coating exhibits adhesion to both and aluminium resulting in superior mechanical properties.

POWDER CHARACTERISTIC

  • Chemistry : Polyurethane
  • Particle size : Suitable for electrostatic spraying.
  • Specific gravity : 1.2-1.7g/cm³ upto colors.
  • Curing Schedule : 200ºC/10 Min, & 180ºC/10Min (metal Temp)
  • Storage : Dry ventilation conditions below 30ºC.
  • Shelf Life : 6 months
